BIOGRAPHY

Jorden is a patent agent practicing in the areas of biotechnology, biomedical sciences, chemical arts, and medical devices. Prior to becoming a registered patent agent, Jorden earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota where she studied the use of fragments to target epigenetic proteins and developed biophysical assays to study protein-ligand interactions. During her Ph.D. work, Jorden was an N.I.H Biotechnology Fellow which allowed her to complete an internship at NVE Corp. where she worked on developing electroplating techniques and pathogenic sensing devices. Following her Ph.D., Jorden was a postdoctoral researcher in a chemical engineering lab studying protein engineering.

In her spare time Jorden enjoys running and is a fan of anything sports related.
