BIOGRAPHY

Kevin represents clients seeking to protect their intellectual property. Over three decades of experience give him the ability to quickly identify and focus on the critical aspects of his clients’ intellectual property and develop effective strategies to protect it, both domestically and internationally.

Before founding Mueting Raasch Group with Ann Mueting over twenty-five years ago, Kevin worked at a large Minneapolis IP law firm after leaving his engineering position at 3M Company to attend law school.
